21st March 2009 - Day 12

Not a great deal to report today, had a full day at work which was very busy. Everything was fine, no problems at all. Everything felt good.

Over the past day the stitches have further broken down, there is now just slight ends of the stitches exposed through the skin. I don’t think they will be enough for the Doctor to actually remove when I see him on Monday.

As for any swelling there is still some on the base of the shaft of my penis, and also on the inner foreskin on the left side as I look down on it, is still slightly swollen and thicker, as opposed to the right side that does not have any. Hopefully over the coming days the left side will start to equal out.

The frenulum area is not much different than yesterday, still a little wet and “gungy” and not drying up and healing that much just yet.

I went out this evening, and have found that wearing jeans is still not very comfortable, I had to keep re-adjusting myself, as everything seemed to be rubbing in just the wrong place!

So I am very quickly approaching the 2 week point since my circumcision, I can’t believe that I have got here to so easily really. My healing is going faster than I could have ever imagined, and I hope that my healing continues this well into next week!
