Ever since I had my consultation with the Urologist last month, I have been having doubts about letting the local hospital circumcise me. It just did not seem the right thing to do, as I had had no involvement so far, and my concern was what if this continued to be the case when I actually went in for the operation.

I wanted to get a cut that was to my liking and did not just want it done any old way.

I tried to convince myself that it would be fine to get it done at the hospital and that they knew what they were doing, and that I should not want to question medical expertise. It just did not seem right though, and after much more reading and research on the internet I thought I should explore my options.

Now I had always known of Custom House Surgery and Dr Zarifa. I have been reading his website for the past couple of years.

On different forums on the internet it is very easy to find superb testimony about Dr Z and how he is one of the best doctors for circumcisions in the UK.

So on Tuesday 24th February 2009, I decided that only Dr Zafira would be doing my circumcision. So I sent an e-mail to enquire about booking, and by the next day I had my appointment all sorted.

Monday 9th March 2009 is the big day, it was ideal to be able to get an appointment that was to my convenience, as it was important that I could fit it in with work, as I want to take 1 week off afterwards to fully recover.

I feel so positive now that I have made this move, and I cannot wait to get it done! Now I know that I will get exactly what I want, and it will be done by a caring medical professional, who wants to look after my needs and give me the time I deserve.
