I have had many messages from people asking very similar questions. I have also discovered that there is a lot of misconception with regards to people with phimotic foreskins.
Here are a few answers to the questions that I am being asked the most.

All my life, right up until getting circumcised.

Never intentionally did I pull it back, it has gone back a few times when erect which was never the most comfortable feeling so I would pull it forward.

No the foreskin was actually quite generous and loose, the only tight part was the phimotic band. There was no adhesion onto my glans.

Well I was very lucky that it did not, never had a problem with enjoyable sex or masturbation. No hygiene problems or smells either.

I was not ready for it until now. Also because my foreskin did not cause me any problems I had no motivation to get cut. I had a change of heart and mind 6 months ago and realised that now was the time for me to get circumcised.

I had tried stretching but did not put in the commitment for it to have any success. I also did have some scar tissue which cannot be stretched.

My original desire was to be cut low and tight, but on explaining this to Dr Z he did recommend that a low cut was against the norm and that only 1 in 100 men opt for this. He also informed me that a low cut cannot be changed to a high cut and that once the inner skin is gone it is gone for good. Based on all the good information that he gave me I agreed to have a medium high and not so tight.
